Our fees are fixed, and include our initial meeting when we take instructions, draft any documents and sending for approval together with appropriate advice, making any amendments before the final versions are produced, and attending you to oversee the signing of documents.

Simple Wills
Single Will – Cost £250 Plus VAT (TOTAL £300)
Mirror Wills – Cost £400 for both Wills Plus VAT (TOTAL £480)

Specialist Wills
Specialist Wills – including different types of trusts – bespoke quote following consultation but range within £500 – £1,000. (Up to £1200 with VAT). For more information about specialist Wills, please speak with us.

Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
Allows the client to give power to their nominated attorneys to manage their affairs in the event he/she is unable to do so. To make and register LPAs, these will be £250 Plus VAT (TOTAL £300) per document plus a registration fee of £82 (Non-Vatable) per document.

Will/LPA Packages
For Wills plus LPAs for Property and Financial Affairs and for Health and Welfare, we recognise that it is useful to have a package deal if they are being made at the same time. We therefore discount our
prices by 10%.

Severance of Joint tenancy – £150 per property Plus VAT (TOTAL £180)

NOTE: if you book a full meeting with us and we provide advice, whether orally or in writing, and you do not proceed with new documents, then there will be charge of £200 plus VAT (£240) for the advice you receive. If documents are produced by us, this charge is not applicable.
